SEIZE THE DAY!

Welcome to Whinhurst Coaching, where I empower individuals and businesses to “seize the day” as Robin Williams said in the movie Dead Poets Society. In today’s society, we all can face difficult challenges, especially in relation to work. Whether it is:

  • Reviewing what the next career path could be, or

  • Looking at our current career and seeing what needs to be done to get that next step on the ladder, or

  • With regards to running a business, what are the main areas that need to be addressed that will help make the business a success.

My tailored coaching programs, using the GROW coaching method, are designed to help you harness your strengths, overcome obstacles, and achieve your goals with confidence.

Together, we'll tap into your unique abilities, enabling you to make the most of today—and every day—by taking bold, decisive actions that lead to lasting success.

Seize your moment with Whinhurst Coaching and discover the best version of yourself or your business!

Background of GROW model:

The GROW Model is a coaching framework used in conversations, meetings and everyday leadership to unlock potential and possibilities.

GROW was created by Sir John Whitmore and his colleagues in the late 1980s.

Have a look at the following link that explains the model in an easy to understand manner:

As this diagram shows, there are a lot of different parts to a coaching relationship. Everybody has different requirements, however the aim of the 1:1 interactions that I have with each coachee, is to establish what is important to you, and how I can help identifying what part of Coaching, can be most effective to each individual.

So why not drop me an email or give me a call and see how I can help you get the most out of your abilities!
